Well, The Windows Club is the one responsible for Tweak IE, in the future its likely that I will writing about another tool TWC (The Windows Club) releases and just so you can get acquainted about them. It was designed by Ritesh Kawadkar and released on The Windows Club’s website on July 4th, 2010.
